
NAAGA Basic Handgun Fundamentals
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This unique introductory course covers firearm safety, marksmanship fundamentals, handgun types, mechanics, and live-fire exercises. Most notably, it explores the American tradition of firearms -- a rich history often overlooked by other curricula.
Various learning tools are employed to ensure students develop and demonstrate fundamental skills throughout the course, inclusive of lectures, team exercises, dry-firing, laser training, live-fire exercises, and a written exam.

This course is ideal for any novice shooter looking to learn the basics of handgun operation. It is also an excellent choice for those seeking a refresher.
SCHEDULE/TIME REQUIREMENT
The NAAGA Basic Handgun Fundamentals course is objective-based, generally lasting six to eight hours.
