Chris and Joy Allen are devoted parents, pastors, and community leaders driven by a shared passion for people. Through years of ministry and community outreach, they have witnessed the devastating effects of violence, crime, and missed opportunities caused by a lack of awareness and preparedness.
In May 2017, with Chris's unwavering support, Joy transformed her passion for empowering others into action by founding E3 Personal Defense and Safety, LLC. Her mission: to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to take control of their personal safety.
